Christmas Delivery: We’ll be shipping every Wednesday in the run up to Christmas. Our last shipping day is Monday 21 December as per Royal Mail guidelines. Want to place an order but need your item shipping closer to Christmas? No problem! Just leave us a note at checkout. Next Day Shipping: We’ve introduced the option for next day shipping. Please be aware that we still ship on a weekly basis only. When you place your order will determine when it arrives. For example, we ship every Wednesday so any next day shipments can be expected on a Thursday.

BBE: Your gingerbread cookies will be baked and decorated as close to the shipping date as possible. They’re best enjoyed within 6 weeks of arrival.

Delivery
How does our shipping work? We ship our freshly baked items every Wednesday. Our cut off point for same week delivery is Tuesday at 10am. If you place an order after that then your treats will be shipped the following Wednesday. Your items will still be baked fresh to order and they will still have the same BBE dates as stated in the ‘details’ tab. Please be sure to allow enough time for your treats to arrive for your special day, or event. We ship all of our online shop products via Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Next Day (Please note: we only ship once per week as outlined in the information above. When you place your order will depend on when it arrives). If you choose our next day option please take dispatch times, and any Christmas/Covid-19 delays into consideration. Seasonal Orders: If you’ve placed a Christmas order, and would like it to arrive closer to 25th December, please include a note when you checkout.
